A useful for those days when fitted dresses had long zips down the back.

To Close
Inset metal hook into zip tab before dressing.
After putting on dress pull zip cord up to close.
To Open
Insert metal hook into zip tab at top and pull zip cord down to open.
It doesn't tell you how to free the zip tab from the hook easily though..

Thank you Roger..it has been a nightmare..the pain was very tiring and wearing..made me even grumpier than I already am..
I lost a few pounds in weight too..soon put that back on with trifle and mince pies with cream...yummy..
Feel really good now..so roll on Xmas.
