Monocle, Tribute to Sir Patrick Moore 1923-2012

I found this on a boot sale in Winsford on the morning of 9th December 2012. We stopped off at my mom's house and tried it on saying this is why Patrick Moore looks like he does...because you can't wear a monocle without changing the whole shape of your face.
Later that day we discovered he has sadly passed away that very same day.
Objects can sum up a person, or be very strongly associated with them....this is one that certainly is.
