Wallpaper Trimmer assembled

Found this lovely device on the Vagrants Boot sale near Nantwich for £2.
Made by Morgan-Lee from Birmingham. Well engineered and it seems to work..although I havn't tried it on a long piece of wallpaper as yet. Fully adjustable.
