Had to Blog this one at the end of the Easter holiday.
Found in a charity shop in Knighton (mid Wales) on our Welsh adventure..
A 1966 old penny, which cost me £2,
Really well printed..looks like it was printed on letterpress.
An old joke, but never fails to amuse me..
(in the old days you needed an old penny to gain access to a public toilet)...a time which I just about remember.
People still say if they need the loo..
"Just off to spend a penny"

That's inflation for you! It cots at least 20p now.
