Another object off the stall at Moss Farm which came with a story, another story I am really not sure about. The man said it was a medical item and was used as a tourniquet for a bleeding finger...is it though?  Not knowing what else it might be I will have to go with that until advised otherwise.

Michael just told me that someone on Flickr said it is called a MOHR PINCHCOCK CLAMP, and is used on tubes to regulate the flow of liquids or gas..so it is medical.....but not as gory..
