Cake Tester
This is a very delicate metal cake tester that was brought back from the U S of A by Jane Brake.
my mom used a thin Knitting needle to test her cakes.
But this has a feel of being just right for the job.

Now you can make the perfect cake and ice it with your nozzles!
My mom used a knife or toothpick to test the cakes with.
Me? I use a fork, unless there is ice cream involved, then a spoon comes in handy. --ed
