Fuse in a ripped packet
A 15 AMP CARTRIDGE FUSE, FOR Consumer units.
INSTRUCTIONS ON THE REVERSE
IMPORTANT
1.Switch off the mains supply before removing the fuse.
2.Rectify the fault.
3.Replace the blown fuse with one of the same amperage rating.
4.Replace the fuse box cover before switching on the mains supply.
IF IN DOUBT CONSULT A QUALIFIED ELECTRICIAN.

Shame about the ripped packet. Nice to know, though, that should the electricity fail you'll be prepared.
Do they have mains electricity in Northwich then?
No doubt about it...not going near that fuse thingy
Now we're really scraping the bottom of the fuse- box with this one!
