I found this on a boot sale over at Moss Farm yesterday.
The lady asked for 50 pence for this and the tap washer packet..
I errmed...and she said.okay 30 pence for the two.
Archie now thinks I am a cheap skate...but apart from it having a nice shape I wasn't sure if I should buy it. (although I do seem to have a fishing weight collection now)
I didn't see the 1 oz marking on it until I photographed it today.
It is a very photogenic little object...

There was a bit of s scrummage at the local fresh fruit and Vegetable shop in Northwich yesterday.
It seemed to be a rush on potatoes...
I spotted this on the ground nearby, it looks like it comes off a potato sack.
NB the very nice twist on the end.

It has MADE IN ENGLAND stamped on it which is a novelty now.
The second rusty key I picked up on the main entrance to Matalan..
it was in the middle of the road and required a lot of nifty car watching to retrieve.
I'd just taken my car in for an MOT...
Not sure if this key is intact...or what its for?

This box has diagrams and instructions so I could find a few of its original contents.
The heart puzzle is so delicate.
