Llandudno find

Llandudno find
Originally uploaded by a1scrapmetal
I almost forgot about this as it was hiding at the bottom of my bag.
I found it on the prom at Llandudno.I think its for nailing down material covers..holds the cloth down around the nail so it doesn't rip.
It was quite near the pier and the life boat run.

It still worked though.

This "bicycle mirror" was made by Leslie Caldera from the USA.
he says in the letter...
"While the mirror was designed for cyclists, anyone who wears spectacles can use it as a convienient way of looking backwards."
Made with wire, Classic coke bottle top, mirror and plastic tubing.

Chip forks & Chop Sticks

chip forks
Originally uploaded by a1scrapmetal
Despite not being metal I have allowed myself to include three cip forks. (MINI-FORK) and two sets of extendable chop sticks.
All from picnic meals we had in Llandudno.
The chop sticks were in a sushi pack that Archie and I ate on the top of the great Orme.
And the chip forks from a fish supper on a VERY windy prom.
On both occasions fingers were easier.

I found this on a stall in Llandudno's Antique fair which was help in the Townhall.
Its makes a very satisfying click into place when you extend it.
